TUSHNIM is an Indian fine jewellery brand offering thoughtfully designed jewellery crafted using precious metals, lab-grown diamonds, natural diamonds  and other gemstones.

Throughout these Terms, “TUSHNIM”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to TUSHNIM, and “you” or “customer” refers to any person accessing or using this Website.


2. Eligibility

By using this Website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or are using the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  • The information you provide is accurate, current and complete.
  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law.


3. Products

We strive to ensure that every product displayed on our Website is represented as accurately as possible.

However:

  • Product photographs are intended for illustrative purposes.
  • Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings.
  • As every jewellery piece is carefully crafted, minor variations in finish, weight or dimensions may occur.
  • Product specifications, including metal weight and stone weight, are approximate unless otherwise stated.

These natural variations do not constitute defects.


4. Pricing-working—international shipping?

Prices on our Website are subject to change without notice. Please expect that you will be charged the price for the jewellery as it is listed on the day of purchase.


All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • Prices include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
  • Prices may change without prior notice.

TUSHNIM reserves the right to correct any pricing errors before accepting an order.


5. Orders

An order placed on the Website constitutes an offer to purchase a product.

An order is considered confirmed only after:

  • verification of the order (if required), and
  • dispatch confirmation from TUSHNIM.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:

  • product unavailability,

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded through the original payment method.

TUSHNIM does not store your complete debit card, credit card or banking credentials.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.


7. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience and may vary depending on:

  • made-to-order production,
  • location,
  • courier delays,
  • public holidays,
  • unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Risk in the product transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.

8. Exchange, Buyback & Warranty-done need to build

Exchange, buyback and warranty services are governed by their respective policy pages available on our Website.

Fine jewellery should be handled with appropriate care.

Damage resulting from improper use, accidents, misuse or unauthorised repairs is not covered under warranty.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Telangana, India.

18. Pancard

For purchase above Rs. 2 lakhs, PAN card must be provided upon placing the order in the manner specified by tushnim. Failure to provide the same shall result in cancellation of the order.

For all domestic shipments, if the order value exceeds Rs. 2 lakhs, the customer will need to enter the PAN and click on verify PAN card. Only upon PAN card verification the order will proceed to the payment page. The billing name is supposed to be the same as the PAN card else the PAN card will not get verified and the customer will not be able to proceed with the order.

Gold exchange policy

TUSHNIM offers a lifetime gold exchange for eligible jewellery purchased directly from TUSHNIM.

Under this policy:

  • The exchange value is calculated based on the net gold weight of the jewellery and the prevailing gold rate on the date of evaluation.
  • The jewellery must be returned in its original condition and accompanied by the original purchase invoice.
  • Every exchanged piece is subject to inspection by our Quality Team.

Please note:

  • The exchange value applies only to the gold component of the jewellery.
  • Lab-grown diamonds, gemstones, making charges, taxes, certification charges and shipping charges are not considered while determining the exchange value.
  • If the selected TUSHNIM jewellery has a higher value than the eligible gold exchange value, the customer will be required to pay the difference.
  • TUSHNIM reserves the right to decline exchange requests for jewellery that has been significantly altered, damaged or repaired by an unauthorised third party.
